MAIN TASK

To execute research and development, and to apply science and technology the field of human settlements

FUNCTIONS

1. Formulating technical, planning, and strategic policies of research and development, applying science and technology, and investigating and analyzing in the field of human settlements;
2. Implementing research, development, application, and sevices of scince and technology, and investigating  and analyzing in the field of human settlements;
3. Preparing, formulating, and evaluating standards,guedelines,and manuals in the field of human settlement;
4. Monitoring evaluating, and reporting research, develoment, application, and services of sciene and technology, and investigating and analyzing in the field of human settlements;
5. Implementing human resources develoment and research and develoment resources in hthe field of human settlements;
6. Implementing the administration of budget, houshold, archives, and documentation, management of state-owned properties employee affair, organization and itsb implementation, cooperation, and comunication and public information;
7. Supporting the authority when necessary, and the use and progress of science and technology;
8. Implementing other tasks ordered by the head of the research and development Agencies.
